Above that display is an unfortunately mediocre 720p webcam, which is very common for HP gaming laptops. The base model comes with a Full HD panel that has a 144Hz refresh rate, but you can go up to a Quad HD panel with a 240Hz refresh rate to make full use of that GPU power. Of course, the display also matters, and the Omen 17 comes with a 17.3-inch panel that has a classic 16.9 aspect ratio. You can go up to 32GB of RAM and 2TB of SSD storage.
On top of that, you can get it with up to an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090 Laptop GPU, giving you the ability to run any and all games without any issues. Performance is the name of the game here, and the Omen 17 has a ton of it, with 13th-generation Intel Core HX series processors with up to 24 cores and 32 threads.
